On July 26, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon A'loev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China Yu Jun.

During the talks, the state and prospects for practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and China, the further continuation of regular political dialogue and contacts at the high levels were discussed.

The importance of bilateral efforts to find new ways and opportunities for developing trade, increasing exports and investment cooperation was noted. The Ambassador announced the growing interest of Chinese business in establishing business ties with Uzbek partners.
