THE RESULTS OF CULTURAL COOPERATION

THE RESULTS OF CULTURAL COOPERATION
The Republics of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are undoubtedly countries closely intertwined by a common history, cultural and spiritual values, traditions and customs. These are the closest, most reliable and time-tested partner states. In these difficult times, the relationship between these two kindred spirits and like-minded people serves as a vivid example of peace and harmony for the world community. It should be noted that thanks to the active political dialogue between the heads of State, great success is being achieved in all areas, and large-scale cooperation is developing rapidly. A good example of this is the fruitful cooperation in the fields of culture, healthcare, science, education, tourism and sports based on intergovernmental agreements. Thus, in recent years, regular visits by representatives of the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan in order to further strengthen cultural ties, and, in turn, the presence of such influential representatives of Kazakhstan in our country, serve to further strengthen cultural ties between the states. As an example of mutual cultural ties, it is appropriate to cite the participation of representatives of Kazakhstan in the International Dance Festival "Clangy", held in Khiva on April 25-30, 2022. Similarly, on November 20-23 of the same year, the Days of Culture of Uzbekistan were held in Astana. These relations acquired a multipolar character after the creation of the TURKSOY organization, which is a symbol of the unity of the Turkic peoples. On June 6-10, 2023, a delegation and a creative group led by the Minister of Culture and Tourism of Uzbekistan O. Nazarbekov took part in the celebration of the 30th anniversary of this organization in Almaty. On June 18-19, 2023, a delegation and a creative group led by Deputy Minister of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan N. Daushev took part in the celebration of the 30th anniversary of TURKSOY in Tashkent. In addition, on June 18-24, 2023, the Days of Kazakh Culture were solemnly held in the cities of Uzbekistan Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara. They were attended by a delegation and a creative team led by the Minister of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan A. Oralov. The practical results of such mutually beneficial cooperation are multifaceted and serve to strengthen the historical ties between the two fraternal peoples. As you know, these two fraternal nations have a lot to learn from each other. For example, in cultural life, from folk oral art to the development of modern national singing art, they develop together and acquire a modern look. Representatives of Kazakhstan took part in the "Clangs" festival, which took place in Khiva on April 25-30, 2024, and the "Art of Makoma" festival, which took place in Zaminsky district on June 27-30. It was noted that thanks to the active political dialogue, great successes have been achieved in all areas, and broad cooperation is developing rapidly. Similarly, on August 6-9, 2024, "Days of Culture of Uzbekistan" were organized in Astana as part of the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan. The events included an exhibition of fine and applied arts of Uzbekistan and Uzbek Cinema Days. Representatives of Kazakhstan took part in the Sharq Taronalari International Festival, which was held in Samarkand from August 26 to 30, 2024. The participation of representatives of Kazakhstan in the Second Cultural Forum of the Turkic World and the Fourth International Bakhchi Art Festival, held in Khiva from April 26 to 28, 2025, as well as the tour of the Uzbek State Musical Comedy Theater (Operetta) in Kazakhstan from September 18 to 22 this year are also a vivid example of cultural cooperation between the two fraternal peoples, which adorns our country. cultural life as a vivid example of cultural cooperation between two fraternal peoples. Another pole of mutual cooperation is the provision of cultural and humanitarian assistance to each other at the state level. On the pages of such practical relations, the development of the international media platform "History and Culture of Central Asia: a common history and a common future" and the mutual celebration of anniversaries of scientists and historical figures of the two states are also discussed. At the same time, the scale of such mutually beneficial relations between the parties continues to expand, and this will undoubtedly serve as an example for the peoples of the world for many years to come, a symbol of good neighborliness, peace, harmony and tolerance between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
