Following the high-level talks held in Ulaanbaatar, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh signed a joint declaration on the establishment of comprehensive Partnership relations. The following documents were also signed in the presence of the Presidents:

– agreements on cooperation in the field of quarantine and plant protection, in the field of higher education, in the field of mining, in the field of environmental protection, in the prevention and fight against crime, in the field of health and medical science, in the field of physical culture and sports;

- Protocol on cooperation between the archival departments of the two countries;

- cooperation programs between the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Economy and Development of Mongolia, between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs for 2026-2027, between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth of Mongolia for 2025-2028;

- A cooperation plan between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia to expand cooperation in the field of agriculture;

- An action plan between the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth of Mongolia in the field of ecotourism.
